Direct Membership

Enrolment for the class of Member of the Association will be only to Practicing Quantity Surveyors and/or Estimators who fulfil the membership requirements and are subject to passing the Direct Membership Examination (DMX).

The Direct Membership Examination is provided as a means whereby a recognized qualification may be achieved by the Practicing Quantity Surveyors and/or Estimators, who possess basic technical awards and have acquired an acceptable breadth and level of knowledge in Quantity Surveying and/or Estimating.
